The clergy and faithful of the Western American Diocese congratulate their Ruling Bishop, His Eminence KYRILL Archbishop of San Francisco and Western America, with his Names Day on the day of commemoration of the Holy Equal-of-the-Apostles Kyrill Teacher of the Slavs (14/27 of February).
